Do I need to be technical to use RepOcean?

Not at all. You connect Google with a few clicks, and adding the widget to your website is a copy-and-paste. Our help center walks you through every step.

Will the AI post replies without asking me?

Only if you want it to. You can turn AI replies off, have it write drafts for you to check, or let it post automatically for reviews at or above a star rating you choose. You can always edit a reply before it goes live.

How do I send review requests by SMS or WhatsApp?

Email requests work as soon as you sign up. For WhatsApp, connect your WhatsApp Business account; for SMS, connect your MSG91 account. Both take a few minutes under Get reviews → Messaging.

Does RepOcean follow Google’s review rules?

Yes. Every customer you ask sees the button to review you on Google — we never hide it from unhappy customers. You can also offer an optional private feedback form so you hear about problems and can put them right.

Can I manage several locations, or my clients’ businesses?

Yes. Import as many locations as your Google account manages and switch between them anywhere in the app. Agencies can send clients a secure link to connect their own Google profile — no passwords shared — and add their own branding.

Is my Google account safe?

You connect through Google’s own sign-in screen, so we never see your Google password, and RepOcean only asks for the access it needs to read and reply. You can also turn on two-step sign-in for your RepOcean account.

How much does it cost?

Creating an account is free and no credit card is needed, and AI replies are included. You can see the available plans under My plan once you’re signed in.
