Welcome to RepOcean! By using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Use of Service

You agree to use our Service in compliance with all applicable laws and not for any unlawful activity.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for the actions of team members you invite.

3. Google Business Profile and Other Connected Services

When you connect a Google account, you confirm that you are authorized to manage the Business Profiles you import. Replies and posts you publish through RepOcean appear publicly on Google under your business, and you are responsible for their content and for following Google’s contribution policies. You must not use RepOcean to post fake reviews, offer incentives for reviews, or ask only satisfied customers to review you. You can disconnect Google at any time in Settings. How we handle data from Google and other connected services is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. AI Suggestions

AI features draft replies, posts and review summaries using OpenAI. They are included with every account within a monthly allowance; you may optionally add your own OpenAI API key, in which case your use of OpenAI is governed by OpenAI’s terms. Drafts can be wrong; review them before publishing. You are responsible for what you publish.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Service is the property of RepOcean and is protected by intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of your content and data.

6. Termination

We may terminate your access to our Service for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

RepOcean is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by posting the new Terms on this page.
