Password, your data and closing your account

Open Settings for your password and your data.

Change your password

1. Under Change password, type your current password and your new one (at least 8 characters).
2. Save. Use a password you don’t use anywhere else.

Forgot it? On the sign-in page choose Forgot your password? and follow the email. The link works for 30 minutes.

Download your data

Under Your data, choose Download my data. You get a zip file of spreadsheets (CSV) with your locations, reviews and replies, customers, review requests, private feedback, widgets and posts.

Delete your account

1. Under Your data, choose Delete account.
2. Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.
