Translate a review and reply in the customer's own language.

Read a review in English

When a review is in another language, a small link appears under it, for example Hindi · Translate to English. Choose it to see the translation right there. Choose it again to hide it.

Reply in the customer’s language

  1. Choose Reply. Under the reply box, Reply in shows the customer’s language. Choose English instead if you prefer.
  2. Choose Suggest with AI. The reply is written in that language, with an English version underneath so you know exactly what it says.
  3. Wrote your own reply? Choose See my reply in English to double-check it.

Translations use your AI allowance. Each review is only translated once; opening it again is free.
