Share reviews as images

Turn a great review into a branded image for Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp in a few clicks. No design skills needed.

Create an image

1. Open Reviews and find a 4 or 5 star review with text (or a Facebook “Recommends”).
2. Choose Share.
3. Pick a size: Square post (Instagram and Facebook posts), Story (Instagram and WhatsApp status) or Wide (Facebook, LinkedIn and X).
4. Pick a style: Light or Blue.
5. Choose how the reviewer’s name appears: first name and initial, full name, or hidden.
6. Choose Download image. On a phone, Share… opens your phone’s share menu.
7. Choose Copy caption for ready-made text to post with it.

Suggestions

If you get the weekly summary email, it suggests up to two of the week’s best reviews to share, with a link that opens the share window. If you set up your own brand inside RepOcean, images use your brand colour.
