What customers say (AI summary)

Instead of reading hundreds of reviews, get a short summary written by AI: the overall picture, what customers love, what could be better, and one suggested next step.

Create your summary

1. Open Insights. Choose a location at the top, or all locations.
2. In What customers say, choose Summarise my reviews.
3. After a few seconds you’ll see a headline, an overview, Customers love, Could be better and a Suggested next step.

It reads your newest written reviews, up to 200. Star-only ratings without text aren’t included, so a location needs at least 3 written reviews.

Keep it up to date

• The card tells you when newer reviews have arrived since the summary was made. Choose Regenerate to update it (once every 10 minutes).
• Summaries also refresh themselves weekly when new reviews come in.
• If you add a location later, the card says so and offers Update summary.

Several locations

The all-locations summary names the location each point is about, and shows how many written reviews it read from each one.

Show it on your website

For a single location you can approve a customer-friendly version for your website widgets under On your website. Read and edit it before choosing to show it, so you’re always happy with what visitors see.
