Hide a review from your widgets

Keep a specific review off your website without deleting it.

Sometimes a review isn’t right for your website, for example it mentions a staff member who has left. You can keep it off your widgets. It stays in RepOcean and on Google.

Hide a review

  1. Open Reviews and find the review.
  2. Choose Hide from widgets at the top right of the review.
  3. It shows Hidden from widgets and disappears from all your widgets within a few minutes.

Show it again

Choose Show on widgets on the same review.

See all hidden reviews

In Reviews, open Filters and set Website widgets to Hidden from widgets. The widget editor also shows how many reviews are hidden, with a Manage link.

To hide all reviews of a whole location, switch off Widgets for it on the Locations page.
