Manage your locations
Refresh reviews, see each location's numbers, switch widgets on or off, remove a location.
The Locations page
Open Locations to see every business in your account with its key numbers:
- Rating and Reviews on Google, with new reviews in the last 30 days.
- Profile: your Google profile score out of 100. Hover to see the next fix. See Google profile health.
- Needs reply: reviews still waiting for an answer. Click to open them.
- Last updated: when RepOcean last fetched reviews. A green dot means within 24 hours.
- Widgets: whether this location’s reviews can appear on your website widgets.
Use the chips All, Not updated and Needs reply, the search box, or the sort menu (for example Needs attention first) to find a location quickly.
Get the latest reviews now
Reviews update automatically. To fetch them immediately, choose Refresh now under Last updated.
A location’s own page
Choose View to open a location. You’ll find its address and phone, its Google profile health card with fixes, its AI summary and its latest reviews.
Hide a location from your widgets
Switch Widgets off to keep all of that location’s reviews off your website widgets. Its reviews stay in RepOcean.
Remove a location
Choose the bin icon (Remove) and confirm. This removes the location and its reviews from RepOcean only. Your reviews on Google are not affected, and you can add the location again later.
Only account owners and roles allowed to delete can remove locations. See Roles and what they can do.
