Let AI suggest a reply, or draft replies for you automatically.
Get a suggested reply
- Choose Reply on a review, then Suggest with AI. On the dashboard, choose Suggest in the Needs a reply list.
- A reply appears in a few seconds, written for that review in your chosen tone.
- Read it, change anything you like, then post it. Nothing is posted until you choose to.
Let AI draft replies for you
Open Settings and find AI replies & posts. Under Automatic review replies choose:

| Off | AI only writes when you ask. |
| Draft only — I approve each reply (recommended) | A draft is waiting on each new review. You check it and post it, or choose Dismiss. |
| Auto-post good ratings, draft the rest | Replies to reviews at or above the rating you choose (for example 4★ and up) are posted automatically. Lower ratings get a draft for you to check. |
This applies to new reviews from the last 30 days.
Make it sound like you
- Tone: Professional, Friendly, Warm or Concise.
- Extra instructions: up to 1,000 characters, for example “Sign off as the Team at Asha’s Café” or “Never mention prices”.
AI can make mistakes. Always read a reply before it goes public, especially for unhappy customers. Replies never include offers, promises or personal details.
Other languages
For a review in another language, AI replies in that language and shows you an English version so you know what you’re posting. See Reviews in other languages.
