Your own brand (white label)

Put your own name, logo and colour on everything your clients and customers see. Ideal for agencies, or any business that wants a consistent look. Open Branding (owners only).

Set up your brand

1. Brand name: shown instead of RepOcean, for example your agency’s name.
2. Logo: choose Upload logo. PNG, JPG or WebP up to 2 MB. A PNG with a transparent background looks best.
3. Brand colour: pick a colour or type its code (like #1a73e8). It must be dark enough for white text on buttons; RepOcean tells you if it’s too light. Tick Use RepOcean blue to go back.
4. Switch on Remove “Powered by RepOcean” to hide it everywhere.
5. Switch on Use my brand inside RepOcean if you and your team should see your logo and colour in the app too, which is handy when clients sign in.
6. Watch the preview, then choose Save branding.

Where your brand appears

• Emails: review requests, alerts, summaries and team invites.
• Monthly reports, including shared report links.
• The review page and unsubscribe page customers open.
• Website widgets and their pages.
• Review images you share (colour).
