Review link, QR code and printable signs
Share your Google review link, download a QR code or print a ready-made sign.
Your review link opens Google’s “write a review” box for your business directly, so customers don’t have to search for you. Open Get reviews, then Link & QR code.
Share your review link
- Under Your Google review link, choose Copy.
- Paste it into WhatsApp messages, receipts, invoices, your website or your email signature.
- Choose Try it to see exactly what customers see.
Get a QR code
Customers point their phone camera at the code and land on your review box.
- Under When a customer scans it, open, choose Google directly (recommended) or Your review page if you also want a private feedback form. See Your review page.
- Choose Download image for screens, documents and social posts, or For printing for a file that stays sharp at any size (give this one to your printer or designer).
- Scan it with your own phone once to check it works.
Print a ready-made sign
Under Ready-to-print signs, open one of these and print it:
| Sign | Use it for |

| Counter cards | Four small cards per A4 sheet, with cut lines. For the counter or bill folder. |
| A4 poster | The wall, door or waiting area. |
| Table tent | Print on A4 landscape, fold in half and stand it on a table. |
When printing, choose 100% size (not “fit to page”) so the code scans well. Put signs where customers wait or pay.
