Your review page

An optional page with your Google button and a private feedback form.

Your review page is an optional web page with your business name, your rating, a big Review us on Google button and, if you like, a private feedback form underneath. Share its link or QR code instead of the plain Google link when you also want private feedback.

Set it up

  1. Open Get reviews, then Link & QR code, and find Your review page.
  2. Switch on Page is on. When off, the page link says the page isn’t available.
  3. Switch on Private feedback form if you want customers to be able to message you privately.
  4. Switch on Email me new feedback to hear about it straight away.
  5. Choose Save, then copy the page link or open it to check.

Is it fair to customers?

Yes. Everyone sees the Google button first. Google doesn’t allow showing the review button only to happy customers, so RepOcean never filters people. The feedback form is simply an extra option.
