Monthly report

A one-page report of the month: new reviews, average rating, how many you replied to, how fast, Google views, calls and clicks, review requests, and the best and most worrying reviews of each location.

Get it by email every month

1. Open Notifications and find Monthly report.
2. Switch on Email the monthly report.
3. Under Send to, add up to 10 email addresses, separated by commas. Your client, your boss, your accountant.
4. Choose Save. It goes out on the 1st of each month for the month before.

Want it now? Choose Save & send last month’s now, or Preview report to look first.

Open, share or print a report

• Open any month’s report with the month picker at the top of the report page.
• Choose Copy link to share it. The link works without signing in and stays valid for 13 months.
• Choose Print or save as PDF for a file to attach or file away.

If you set up your own brand, the report carries your logo and name.
