Saved replies (templates)

Saved replies let you answer common reviews in one click, then personalise them before posting.

Create a saved reply

1. Open Reviews and choose the Templates tab.
2. Give it a short Name (for example “Thank you”) and write the Reply text.
3. Use {name} for the reviewer’s first name and {business} for your location’s name. They’re filled in for you.
4. Save it.

New accounts see three starters (“Thank you”, “Sorry to hear” and “Thanks for the rating”). Choose Add to mine to use and edit them.

Use a saved reply

1. Choose Reply on a review.
2. Open Use a template… and pick one. It’s inserted with the name and business filled in.
3. Add a personal touch, then Post reply.
