Get set up in five minutes
- Connect Google and add your locations. On Locations, choose Add from Google, sign in with the Google account that manages your business, and pick your locations. Your past reviews come in automatically. Step-by-step guide
- Reply to reviews that are waiting. Open Reviews and choose Needs reply. How to reply
- Turn on alerts so you hear about new reviews, especially bad ones, straight away. Set up alerts
- Start asking for reviews. Open Get reviews and follow the three steps on the Overview. Where to start
- Invite your team if others help with replies. Invite your team
