Activity log

See who did what in your account.

The activity log shows the account owner who did what, in plain words. It’s useful when several people share an account. Open Activity (owners only).

What’s recorded

  • Sign-ins and security: sign-ins, sign-ins from a new device, failed sign-ins, password changes and resets, two-step sign-in on or off, recovery codes used.
  • Replies: who replied to or edited a reply to which review.
  • Team: people invited, changed or removed.
  • Settings: locations added or removed, widgets deleted, branding, AI and alert settings, webhooks.

Each line shows the person, what they did, the time and the internet address. Hover the time to see the device.

Find something

Use Everyone to show one person, and All activity to show one type: sign-ins and security, replies, team or settings. Choose Older to go back further.

Several failed sign-ins you don’t recognise? Change your password and turn on two-step sign-in.
