Google profile health

Your profile score out of 100 and how to fix gaps right in RepOcean.

A complete, active Google profile shows up higher on Google Search and Maps and wins more customers. RepOcean scores each location’s profile out of 100 and lets you fix most gaps without leaving RepOcean.

Where to find it

On each location’s page, in the Google profile health card.
In the Profile column on the Locations page.
On the dashboard when one location is chosen.

Scores are checked once a day automatically. Choose Check again any time.

What’s scored

Item	Points	What “done” means
Phone number	10	A phone number is on your profile.
Website	10	A website link is on your profile.
Opening hours	15	Your weekly hours are set.
Holiday hours	10	Special hours are set for an upcoming date.
Business description	10	At least 250 characters (5 points if shorter).
Photos	10	10 or more photos (1 point each below that).
Recent post	10	A Google post in the last 7 days (5 points within 30 days).
Reply rate	15	90% or more of the last 90 days’ reviews answered.
New reviews	10	At least one new review in the last 30 days.

Fix gaps right there

The Next step bar shows the fix worth the most points. Choose Fix now, or open any item:

Opening hours: switch days on or off and set times. For open all day, use 00:00 to 00:00. Closing after midnight works too.
Holiday hours: pick a date and choose closed all day or different hours.
Description: up to 750 characters. Google doesn’t allow links in it.
Website and Phone number (with country code).
Photos: JPG or PNG, at least 250 × 250 pixels, up to 5 MB. Choose what it shows, such as Outside, Inside or Team.

Changes go live on your real Google profile. Google may review some edits before they appear.
