AI included, and using your own key
How many AI replies and summaries are included, and how to add your own OpenAI key.
RepOcean includes AI, so you can use reply suggestions, summaries, posts and translations without signing up for anything else.
Your monthly allowance
Your account includes a number of AI generations each month. Open Settings and find AI replies & posts to see how many you’ve used, for example “12 of 100 used this month”. It resets on the 1st.

When you reach the limit, AI features pause until the 1st and RepOcean tells you so. Everything else keeps working.
Use your own OpenAI key (optional)
Need more? Open Use your own OpenAI key in the same card and paste a key from your OpenAI account. With your own key there’s no monthly limit; OpenAI bills you directly for what you use. Most businesses never need this.
Your key is stored encrypted and only used for your account.
