Private feedback

Read messages customers send you privately from your review page.

Private feedback is what customers send you from the form on your review page, instead of (or as well as) posting a public review. It’s a chance to fix a problem quietly.

Turn on the feedback form

  1. Open Get reviews, then Link & QR code.
  2. Under Your review page, switch on Page is on and Private feedback form.
  3. Switch on Email me new feedback to get an email each time.
  4. Choose Save.

Everyone who opens your review page still sees the “Review us on Google” button. The form sits underneath it.

Read feedback

Open Reviews and the Private feedback tab. New messages are marked unread. Use Mark read or Mark all read once you’ve dealt with them. If the customer left contact details, get in touch to put things right.
